Juan Jose Lobato will make his first appearance with the team, as he joins them from Euskaltel-Euskadi.
Javier Moreno, who was second overall in 2013 and won the mountains classification, will lead the team. Giovanni Visconti will help Moreno in the race.
Completing the seven man squad are Iván Gutiérrez, Imanol Erviti, Rubén Plaza and José Joaquín Rojas.
The Movistar team will also be present at the Tour de San Luis. Adriano Malori, who joins from Lampre-Merida, will make his debut for the team at the race. Dayer Quintana will also make his debut race at San Luis, and he will also be joined by brother Nairo.
The six man team also features Andrey Amador, Beñat Intxausti and Fran Ventoso.
