In a few days time, the 2011 Tour de France starts and I am excited about it. Tour de France was the first race I ever saw, and the race that made me fall in love with the sport.

The different teams have either announced, or will announce its rosters, and many teams have already traveled to France to prepare.

The two big favourites to win the race is of course Andy Schleck (Leopard-Trek) and Alberto Contador (Saxo Bank-SunGard). But who will win?

Alberto Contador has won the Tour de France three times already, and obviously that means he is the huge favourite, but he might have made a mistake by racing and winning the tough Giro d'Italia earlier this year.

And Andy Schleck has come close of winning two times. And both times his own mistakes have cost him victory. But over time he has grown to become a better and smarter cyclist, so it is possible that he can finally take the victory.
